Uh..Well, The other entry that I just wrote isn't showing up, I think it fucked up somehow.
Uh, yeah. This is gonna be a Knitting Blog, yeah, so, here's my latest knits--
I'm in the process of knitting this Cabled Cancer Cap. I got the pattern free off the net...But I can't remember where from. It's pretty simple though..Just like, hmm...You cast on any multiple of eleven, rib two inches. Then purl two, knit 6, purl 2, knit1 for seven rows. Next row is basically the cabling...purl the two, put the three knits stitches on a cable needle or something (I just use a DPN of the same size or smaller), holding them at the back. Knit the three left, then knit those from the DPN back onto your working needle. Just keep repeating that stuff over and over for like 7 inches. Then stop the cable and decrease in the knit stitches. I'll find it eventually and then post the link here.
Hmmm...Also...am planning on froggin this ear-flapped cap I just made. That was out of my head. Very simple. I'll post all my own patterns up eventually. I just need to work out how to put them up here.
But, yeah, it doesn't suit me, so, that's the end of that. Don't know what I do with the yarn. MAybe I wont frog it yet, I'll just frog it as I knit from it. A scarf or something crap and simple like that. It's like, a [i]boucle yarn[/i] or something like that. I don't know what the real name is. I like it though.
Mmm...I want to make this pattern which I found at [i]www.lanagrossa.de[/i]. I had to use a couple of programs to actually get it from their archives, and I'm not sure that I was to get it. So, if you want it, I'll email it to you. I have all of them from the archives, if you want any. Am willing to email them to you.
